Notchless does not give you an app. It gives you a vless key: a single line of text that begins with vless://, along with the same thing as a QR code. Inside that line are the city, the port and your credentials. You never read it and never type it. You hand it to a free client app, and the app turns it into a VPN connection for the whole device.
