Every city runs VLESS over Reality. On a filtered network it looks like ordinary HTTPS.
Three myths
Myth one: a VPN lowers ping. Your packets now visit one extra city, so ping goes up, unless your operator's own route to the game happens to be worse than the detour. Myth two: a VPN removes bans and limits. Bans and playtime limits belong to the account, and the game's servers count them, so a new IP address changes nothing. Myth three: special proxy servers give easy lobbies. Matchmaking happens on the publisher's servers. Nothing on your phone decides who you face.
A VPN for games is still useful. It is useful for narrower and duller reasons than the videos suggest.
Where a key really helps
Red flags
Indian gaming search results are full of bait: proxy server free fire game, free fire proxy game, vip proxy server free fire game apk and endless variants with version numbers. They are repackaged apps that carry adverts or spyware, pushed by channels that are paid per install. Rain city gaming VPN style names and gamers VPN free offers from unknown publishers belong in the same bin. A real tool never asks you to switch off Play Protect or to enter your game login on a web page.
A fair test

Questions from the queue
Will a VPN reduce my ping?
Almost never. It helps only when your operator's direct route is unusually bad.
Can it remove a ban or a time limit?
No. Both are tied to the account and counted on the game's servers.
Are free fire proxy server apps real?
No. They are adverts, malware or login stealers.
Which city is best for games?
Singapore for most titles, and Dubai for some players in the north and west.
Can I get banned for using a VPN?
Some games restrict VPNs in ranked modes. Read the game's rules.
Does it work on hostel Wi-Fi?
Usually. The Wi-Fi sees one ordinary secure connection.
