Every city runs VLESS over Reality. On a filtered network it looks like ordinary HTTPS.
Pick by geography
From Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai or Ahmedabad, start with Dubai. From Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Kolkata, start with Singapore. Those two VPN server locations are the closest to India, and distance is the only thing that really separates one city from another. Try both on your own SIM in the evening and keep the winner. Amsterdam and London are for European services, Toronto for North American ones, and Sydney for Australia and New Zealand.
The six
- Dubai: the nearest for the north and west.
- Singapore: the nearest for the south and east, and the usual home of app and game servers for the region.
- Amsterdam: Europe, quiet at night.
- London: UK services and a second European route.
- Toronto: North America.
- Sydney: Australia and New Zealand.
Why not India
The 2022 CERT-In directions require VPN operators to keep names, contact details and assigned IP addresses for five years for any server located in India. We have no accounts and keep no such records, so we keep no machines on Indian soil. The IP address you receive from us will therefore never be Indian. If you are abroad and need an Indian one, we are the wrong service, and we would rather say so now.
Switching city
- 1Open the client. The key lists all six cities.
- 2Tap the one you want and reconnect.
- 3Open any lookup page. Location by IP address tools should now show the new city, give or take a suburb.
Picking well
- ✓Daily use: the nearer of Dubai and Singapore.
- ✓An app blocked in India: Singapore first.
- ✓A US or Canadian service: Toronto. We have no US city, so some US only services will not work.
- ✓A site that rejects one city: try another. Sites block ranges of server addresses now and then.
- ✓Slow at 10 pm: switch between the two near cities before blaming anything else.
Pages in this section

After closing
When the night ends, nothing stays behind
No account, so nothing for a log to point at, and no email, number or name on file. Our cities sit outside India, which keeps us outside the CERT-In retention rules. We would rather name that reason than pretend no law reaches us.
- Lights off, nothing kept
- No email, phone number or account
- No history of what you watched or opened
- Cities outside India, so its retention rules do not apply
- UPI or crypto, no stored card details
- No renewals, no silent charges

Questions from the queue
Which city is fastest from India?
Dubai or Singapore, depending on where you live.
Do you have a server in India?
No. The record keeping rules make that incompatible with keeping no logs.
Is there a US city?
No. Toronto is the North American location. Some US only services need a US address that we do not offer.
Does switching city cost extra?
No. All six are included, the trial too.
How do I confirm the city?
Check what IP address a lookup page shows after you connect.
Why does a site block one city?
Some sites block batches of data centre addresses. Another city usually works.
Up late with a question?
Ask in the Telegram bot, nights included; the same chat holds your key. The setup steps name the client to install.
